Social Media Manager
Responsible for overseeing all in game operations for the Senadores de San Juan during the Winter League of the Roberto Clemente Professional Baseball League. I also coordinated with special guests invited to throw the ceremonial first pitch, escorting them to the field. Additionally, I prepared the lineups and visual content displayed on the stadium screen and in social media. The season ran from November 2024 to January 2025.

For another year, I had the privilege of contributing to the production, logistics, and operations team for the Puerto Rico 10K Run 2025. On May 4, 2025, I served as Social Media Manager and provided operational support during the event day.
Puerto Rico Challenge 2025
Social Media Management and operation assistant
Participated in the planning and execution of logistics and operations for this high-profile event, which marked the start of the collegiate baseball season in Puerto Rico. Worked closely with nationally ranked NCAA teams, contributing to an electrifying and dynamic atmosphere. Served as Social Media Manager, overseeing content approval, scheduling, and publishing across all official platforms. Played a key role in amplifying the event's reach and engagement through timely and strategic digital communication. Additionally, I had the opportunity to serve as an MC, engaging the audience with interactive activities between innings and enjoying every moment. The event took place from February 13 to February 17, 2025.

Junte Boricua Puerto Rican Parade 2024
Production Assistant and Operational Assistant
On May 18, 2024, Puerto Rico hosted its inaugural Puerto Rican Parade within the country, marking a significant milestone. Unlike previous parades held abroad, this event took place on home soil. As part of the organizing team, I played a key role in managing logistics and operations, particularly focusing on the arrangement of floats in the designated order. Additionally, I was communicating directly with volunteers, providing them with clear instructions regarding their positions and responsibilities throughout the parade, ensuring smooth execution.
Moreover, given the parade's televised broadcast on Telemundo channel, I maintained direct communication with the network to ensure consistent coordination. With a tight schedule of 50 minutes of live transmission, including announcements, it was crucial to stick to the specified timing meticulously. My involvement in these aspects of the parade underscores my ability to manage complex logistics, coordinate with sponsors and delegations effectively, and ensure the successful execution of high-profile events.
Puerto Rico 10K Run 2024
Production Assistant and Social Media Manager
For the second consecutive year, I had the privilege of being part of the Teodoro Moscoso Bridge race that was on May 5, 2024. Puerto Rico's most iconic race, drew 6,250 runners, including 131 participants from the United States. My responsibilities included managing social media, creating engaging content, and providing customer service by responding to runners' inquiries. Before the event, I developed detailed floor plans to help sponsors and the operational team visualize the setup required for race day.
On the day of the race, I ensured all final details were accurate, such as verifying the finish line art, finish tape, and key aspects like the emergency medical locations and gate spaces for quick access for runners. Additionally, I covered the event by capturing Instagram stories, videos, and photos of the runners to create post-race content. This experience highlights my skills in social media management, event planning, and live event coverage, demonstrating my ability to handle multifaceted tasks efficiently.
ISA World Surfing Games 2024
Production Assistant, Operational Assistant, and Stage Manager Assistant
The event took place in Arecibo, Puerto Rico from February 24th to March 3rd and served as the final qualifier for the 14 Olympic spots. One of my primary responsibilities was ensuring the satisfaction of all sponsors with their designated locations and setups. I also assisted in ensuring that all necessary facilities, including offices, judges' towers, athletes' areas, and food stations, were fully operational and stocked according to schedule. During weekend evenings, I took charge of ensuring that each artist's dressing room was prepared with food and drinks. Additionally, I managed backstage operations to ensure timely transitions for artists on and off the stage. We end with a total attendance of 150,000 people over the course of the 10-day competition.

I was in the preparation of Puerto Rico's most iconic race of Puerto Rico on the Teodoro Moscoso Bridge, on April 16, 2023.
I had the privilege of participating in various press conferences and taking care of announcements, logistics, and event-related information. Additionally, I managed social media and maintained contact with the sponsors, which allowed me to learn and grow professionally.

Stage Manager
I had the opportunity to be an Assistant Stage Manager, where I was able to put into practice my acquired knowledge, such as keeping track of all the talents and ensuring they went on stage at the right moment. Among the talents were Atención Atención, LimiT-21, Sonora Ponceña, and The Band Concert of Puerto Rico conducted by the Master Cucco Peña. In addition to them, Pedro Villegas and Alex Díaz served as Masters of Ceremony, whom I assisted in determining when they should go on stage.
